The promoter of this promotion is Alliance Foods SA (Pty) Ltd.

The promotion is open to South African citizens and permanent or temporary residents aged 18 years or older who are in possession of a valid South African identity document, passport, or valid legal permit. The following persons are not eligible to participate: directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, franchisees, marketing service providers of the Promoter, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, including their spouses, life partners, immediate family members, or business partners.

The promotion commences on 1 March 2026 at 00h01 and closes on 28 March 2026 at 23h59. Any entries received after the closing date and time will be invalid and will not be considered.

To participate, entrants must:
  a) View the promotional advertisement online
  b) Interact with the digital scratch-to-reveal mechanism to reveal their allocated Krusher
  c) Click the "Get Your Code" call-to-action button displayed
  d) Complete the online entry form with their full name and valid cellphone number
  e) Accept these terms and conditions
  f) Click submit

Upon successful submission of the entry form, participants will receive a unique promotional code via WhatsApp to the cellphone number provided. The Promoter is not responsible for non-delivery of codes due to incorrect contact details, network failures, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Each unique code entitles the holder to one complimentary Krusher when purchasing any meal at participating Alliance Foods KFC stores, namely: KFC Market Square, KFC Heugh Road, KFC Summer Strand, KFC Albany Road, KFC Traduna, and KFC Boardwalk.

To redeem the offer, participants must:
  a) Purchase any meal from a participating store
  b) Provide the unique code to staff at the point of sale before payment is processed
  c) The code will be entered into the point-of-sale system and will discount the Krusher from the total order value
  d) Present valid identification if requested by store staff

Each unique code is valid for redemption on the day of issue only and expires at 23h59 on the day it was issued. Codes cannot be extended, reissued, or used after expiry.

Each participant is limited to receiving one unique code per day throughout the promotional period. Each participant may only redeem one code per day.

Codes are unique, non-transferable, and may only be used once. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. No change will be given if the value of the Krusher exceeds the meal purchase value.

The offer is valid only at participating stores as listed in clause 6. The offer cannot be redeemed at non-participating KFC stores.

The promotional Krusher must be redeemed in conjunction with the purchase of any meal. The offer cannot be used for the purchase of a standalone Krusher or redeemed without a qualifying meal purchase.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter.

Participation in the promotion is subject to availability of Krusher stock at participating stores. In the event that a specific Krusher flavour is unavailable, the participant may select an available alternative flavour. The Promoter will not be liable for stock shortages or product unavailability.

Participants must have access to a smartphone or device capable of receiving WhatsApp messages. The Promoter is not responsible for participants' inability to receive WhatsApp messages due to device incompatibility, network issues, or account restrictions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify codes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or changes in law. In such circumstances, participants waive any claim against the Promoter.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network congestion, server failures, or any other technical issues that may prevent entry into or participation in the promotion, or for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

By entering the promotion, participants grant the Promoter and its affiliated companies the right, unless prohibited by law, to use the participant's name for announcement and promotion-related publicity purposes without further compensation. No images or recordings of participants will be used for marketing purposes without prior written consent.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION (POPIA COMPLIANCE):
  a) Personal information collected during this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
  b) The Promoter is the responsible party as defined in POPIA and is committed to protecting participants' personal information.
  c) Personal information collected includes: full name, cellphone number, and any other information provided during entry.
  d) The purpose of collection is solely for: administering the promotion, sending the promotional code via WhatsApp, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations.
  e) Personal information will not be used for direct marketing purposes unless participants provide separate, explicit opt-in consent for such communications.
  f) By providing a cellphone number and submitting the entry form, participants consent to receiving WhatsApp messages related to this promotion only.
  g) Personal information will be stored securely using appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, damage, or destruction.
  h) Personal information will be retained only for as long as required by law or for promotion administration purposes, after which it will be securely deleted or destroyed.
  i) Personal information will not be shared with third parties except: service providers assisting with promotion administration (under confidentiality obligations), where required by law, or with participant's explicit consent.
  j) Participants have the right to: access their personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, object to processing, request deletion of their information (subject to legal retention requirements), lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator, and withdraw consent (noting this may affect participation).

All entrants indemnify the Promoter, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors against any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the promotional offer, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except as provided for under the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are binding on all entrants.
