Q. What is the African Alliance vision?
A. To build an investment banking group in Africa with a significant footprint in the next twenty years.
Q. What is the corporate culture at African Alliance?
A. We are a young dynamic team that has been together for over five years, with a strong entrepreneurial modus operandi. We translate challenges into opportunities for our clients, and this approach requires a “can do” and problem solving attitude in the group. Understandably, our work ethic is very strong and cultural fit is extremely important to us.
Q. Why Africa?
A. We believe that Africa’s time has come. After centuries of unfavourable political, economic and social trends, we are of the strong opinion that a period of stability and conducive to building and growth is upon us. We at African Alliance wish to be part of that process, and to help drive it. While some see Africa as an uninviting investment destination, we are attracted by its enormous investment opportunities.
Q. What challenges does Africa face?
A. A shortage of experienced and skilled people is the biggest challenge to get economic growth moving at a faster pace. For this reason, our model has a focus on the recruitment of local talent and a commitment to training and upskilling that talent.

A. The African Alliance Group is a privately held company, controlled by its staff.
