African Alliance has been in Uganda since 1997. However, the passing of the Collective Investment Scheme Regulations in 2002 resulted in African Alliance Uganda establishing our investment management and stockbroking business in earnest.

We currently offer a full range of investment services to a wide range of clients. Our client base in Uganda includes Government, major Corporations, multi-nationals, NGOs, co-operatives and individuals. We offer world-class investment management services on every scale from large pension fund mandates to individual education savings products for children. No client is too big or too small.

African Alliance currently offers asset management, corporate advisory and securities services in Uganda.

Our vision is to create, and develop, niche markets and to add value in existing and undeveloped markets. The vision requires the adoption of a very strong entrepreneurial merchant banking culture that aggressively seeks to find solutions where others may encounter obstacles.
